1. Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

By deploying a VPS node or creating an account on ADWA Cloud Infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. These terms govern your access to virtualized KVM compute slices, bandwidth, and API interfaces.

1.1 Permitted Use and Root Authority

Every customer is provisioned an isolated KVM virtual machine with root access and a dedicated static IPv4. You maintain full administrative authority over your instance, including the choice of operating system, container orchestration, and installed services.

1.2 Prohibited Activities

ADWA enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against malicious actions that degrade network integrity or violate global security standards. The following activities result in immediate termination:

• Outbound Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) or flooding attacks.
• Unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability brute-forcing, or credential stuffing.
• Unsolicited bulk email delivery (SPAM) or hosting open mail relays.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control daemons, or phishing nodes.
• Illegal material hosting or intellectual property infringements.

1.3 Maintenance Windows

Scheduled hypervisor and network maintenance windows are communicated in advance via customer dashboard notifications.

2. Privacy Policy & Zero Guest Telemetry

ADWA operates under a developer-first privacy standard. We believe infrastructure should remain neutral and free of unnecessary tracking.

2.1 Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum data necessary to provision and invoice your infrastructure:

• Account Identity: Customer name and verified email address for account authentication.
• Support Handle: Telegram handle or contact reference for technical support coordination.
• Billing Identifier: Cryptocurrency transaction hash or bank transfer reference code.

2.2 No Guest Machine Telemetry

We do NOT log or inspect traffic payloads, disk contents, SSH sessions, or application data inside your provisioned virtual machines. Your server filesystem and operating system state are strictly private.

2.3 Third-Party Disclosure

We never sell, rent, monetize, or share customer data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Purchase Rules, Billing & Invoicing

All deployments, subscription renewals, and payments are subject to the following transparent rules:

3.1 Currency & Payment Processing

All prices are denominated in USD. We support on-chain cryptocurrency payments (USDT TRC-20/ERC-20, BTC, ETH, LTC) as well as African Mobile Money and wire transfers.

3.2 Provisioning Timelines

Once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed, node creation occurs in seconds. For manual wire or mobile money orders, operations staff verify payments within 15 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Billing Cycles & Renewals

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Renewal notifications are sent 7 days prior to expiry. Instances unpaid after a 3-day grace period are safely powered down.

3.4 Cancellation & Refund Terms

You may cancel any VPS at any time directly through the customer console. Dedicated compute slices incur upstream reservation costs; pro-rated refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of initial deployment if technical provisioning issues occur.

4. Shared Responsibility Model

Server security and operational maintenance are a shared commitment between ADWA and the developer.
